2) How can I track my item(s)?
Because we ship from multiple warehouses please email us we will look this up for you and provide you with your tracking number if you have not received tracking information via email (be sure to check spam)
3) How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take anywhere between 5-14 working days, depending on the items you ordered. Some items come from our partner warehouses & some we carry in house
Pre-Orders have a longer TAT because they are coming straight from production
PLEASE NOTE you may not use Klarna on pre-orders (this is their rule, not ours) pre-orders placed with Klarna will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience
Also Pre-Orders need to be placed on separate orders if pre-orders are placed with other items we will not fulfill that order until the pre-order is in-house and ready to be shipped we will email you if this error occurs and re-bill you for two separate orders.
4) Why is my package missing some items?
Since we work with multiple warehouses, some items may be shipped in different packages, and therefore all of your items may not always arrive all at the same time.
5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Because we ship with multiple warehouses, There are multiple carriers used for shipping.
6) Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from multiple warehouses acrossed the US and Chine but our main warehouse is in NE
7) Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping?
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
8) I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?
You have 1 hour after the order is placed to make changes to your order please email Parkandmain21@gmail.com with order number & changes
9) What is your full return policy?
All items bought may be returned by the buyer, subjected to the discretion and approval, given the following conditions:
The item(s) must be free of rips, odors, perfumes & pet hair. if the item does not meet these requirements it will be returned to you and the return will be denied.
Exclusions apply to promotional items. Weekend Clearance items or Sale items.
Request(s) for returns are accepted within 24 hours from delivery. No Exceptions after that.
Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders. Cancellation made after shipment of the item(s) and/or after 1 hour of the initial purchase, must get approval.
The company will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the item returning back to us before reshipment. You will then be rebilled for shipping.
Any change of addresses may be made in your account dashboard ( please log in and fill in the correct information as soon as possible) Orders that are shipped/completed are strictly non-editable.
Any reshipment of items done must correspond to the address found in your customer account and cannot be substituted with another address, design or brand of the item.
~For defects we will issue a credit for the item once we receive and confirm there is a defect on the item to make this process easier please send photos and information about the items defect to Parkandmain21@gmail.com
5) What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
With some of our items shipping from our partner warehouse, we do not always see each item before it ships to you. All of our items go through a quality check before shipment but some things may be missed. If you have received a torn or damaged item please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. and provide photos of damaged item for replacement. You will need to return the item & provide a tracking number to us before we resend the new item
We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our warehouse it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact The carrier to file a claim: We understand that this can be frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Examples of damages we are not responsible for- Any damages to the package itself causing issues to the item(s) inside You as the buyer should immediately contact the carrier & file a claim with them
~Park & Main dops not email you when your package is delivered. Please keep tracking for your own records. however if you have ordered through Shop pay you can track your packages through the Shop app and they will also email
