Please send us a email at email@example.com. with your order number and details of what you would like to exchange.
IF we have the item to fulfill the exchange, we will do so, if not we will apply a credit to your account for you to use at any time once we have received the other item. We will send you a email when account credit has been issued and keep record of this in our system.
note~ You have 24 hours after receiving your order to initiate a return or an exchange. After 24 hours of you receiving your item(s) if you have not emailed about a return or exchange you are accepting the item as yours.

NOTE: when exchanging please have all packaging & tags with the item. This is so important to fulfill the exchange with our warehouses Your Exchange will not be accepted without this
if items are damaged in any way (rips, stains, odors, pet hair) P&M & our warehouses have the right to refuse your Exchange and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
We are happy to issue a Store Credit. You must mail the item back to P&M and the Item MUST BE FREE OF ODORS, PERFUMES PET HAIR STAINS RIPS AND NOT WORN. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST.
Store Credit will be issued as soon as the return is processed
