Returns
YOU MUST PROCESS YOUR RETURN WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM(S) AND HAVE IT IN THE MAIL BACK TO US WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING WITH ALL TAGS & PACKAGING.

For all items returned the return postage must be paid by the returner.

When ordering from a sale or clearance those items are final sale and will not be accepted as returns, unless they have an obvious defect, This includes items purchased with a coupon Code

if the item has a defect we will issue a store credit in our points system once the item has been returned to us & processed

To initiate a return 

~Please email parkandmain21@gmail.com with your name & order number. We will then reply to you with steps on how to start the return process.
Please be aware this is time sensitive because we work with multiple warehouses and they each have their own policies.

~Please keep track of your emails and reply in a timely manner so you don’t miss the window for returning.  

~Please be sure all original packaging and tags are with the item upon return and the item is free of odors, perfumes, stains, damages or pet hair.  this is so important to process your return with our warehouse teams and may not be excepted without them  

if the item is returned with any of the above damages, we will return the item to you at your cost (via invoice) & store credit will not be issued. 

NOTE: some items at P&M are drop shipped items meaning we do not have these things in house. These items ship directly from the warehouse to you, With this being said some items are not eligible for return unless there is an obvious defect. Please email us if you have questions or need help with a item.
